  • "My hubby tried to get me to look at the Honda CTX 1300 that was on their yard for a couple months, I am so glad we had a unexpected trip over to this place. The bike drove like a dream and the staff starting with Hans, showroom personal and parts department were all SUPURB.   • "I own a few polaris wish I would have came here the first time. First thing I notice super clean place with clean cut reputable people. Second thing looking in back of shop all quads and side by side were protected from the elements with tarps to prevent fading plastics. These guys really took a extra step to make sure my bike was spotless and prestige looking before I loaded it up my 2019 sportsman 570. Very sastified with the deal got home feeling good knowing I got a fair deal . I highly recommend these people very honest . Enjoyed the experience for once when I bought something new"

    My new Zero was brought in for computer issues. Honestly I am not especially patient person. Dealing with the factory was slow and cumbersome. If not for Brooklynn Ruffin I may have been a hand full to deal with. Ms. Ruffin kept me in constant contact after hours and on her days off. Through text and calls she continued to update me and diligently press to solve the problem.
    Though it seems sadly rare, great service once was the standard. Brooklynn Ruffin's service reminded me of that excellence.

  • "Hans and the service/parts department staff are all I have dealt with, and after my experiences with them, I would imagine everyone else there is just as good. Wanted a 2022 Husqvarna Svartpilen 401 and like every where else they were sold out/backordered. Put a $500 deposit down in late April expecting the bike to arrive in July; Hans called me just a few short weeks later in mid May that the bike had come in. Very easy and straight-forward buying process without many BS fees -- You are cornered though in the sense that there isn't much inventory available so if they end up having what you want, and you dont buy it someone else happily will. So, good luck trying to "get a deal"/drop of price or purchase the bike without paying the dealer or prep fee. They can order most all parts/accessories you can imagine for the brands they carry - and potentially if you purchase a vehicle, they will do their best to get you a great discount on some accessories that you'd probably end up buying somewhere else for more. They assisted me in ordering a helmet; Without hesitation, when it came into store two quick days later, staff told me the helmet was too big and offered to reorder in a smaller size - SO EASY! I did get a RAM mount as an impulse buy because I heard "discount", but I am hoping I will be able to return it/exchange it for another brand (it is still sealed in box never removed). The only real negative I can think of at all is that I also purchased a Cardo and when I was doing so, I said I had done some research on Cardo and I forgot the name of the exact model, but that I knew I wanted the most expensive top-of-the-line Cardo model. The staff quickly said "Oh, you want the Bold." I said "Sure that sounds about right if that's the best they have." So I purchased, then before even removing it from the box once I was home, I looked up Cardo and saw that there is the 'Cardo Black' which is better than the Bold. I specifically asked for the best, most expensive Cardo available and I did not get that. I am also hoping I am able to exchange that New-in-Box for a Cardo Black.

  • "This was absolutely my "BEST EVER" buying experience of purchasing a vehicle (either motorcycle or otherwise). After searching for weeks trying to find the bike I was looking for and getting prices for things the dealers didn't have in stock, then some did, but wanted a premium price because they did, I got a quote from this dealership. They didn't have it in stock at the moment, but their price was CORRECT and not stupid. After leaving my contact info if one ever became available to please contact me, I got the call after 3 weeks. SOLD was my response. It was the easiest buying a vehicle experience I've ever had. Walked into the dealership and was bringing my bike home in under an hour. My wife was amazed as we had bought her a bike a few years earlier and it took hours to get to leaving that dealership. These people ROCK and by all means see Hans, he was absolutely super. Definitely made my day."

  • "About 2 months ago I purchased a new modular helmet. On a recent trip the helmet fell off of a table and damaged the pivot point on the face shield. I took the helmet into Gary at the parts and service dept. and told him what had happened. Gary said he would see what he could do. A few days later Gary called and said that the warranty would cover the damage and I would be receiving a new helmet. He went above what I thought would happen. Thanks Gary. P.S. Gary likes cookied"

I had visited other dealerships and I always felt I was being ignored until I went to xtreme power sports and I did not feel pressured or ignored. I found the bike I was interested in and I was in the shop in little more than an hour and after everything was finalized they even transported myself and the bike to my home because the weather was not looking good.
